long-cycle programmes full-time programmes, 5 years Language: Polish | Jump to: Opis ogólnyCelem kształcenia na kierunku jest przygotowanie absolwenta do rozumienia i stosowania prawa. Posiadać on będzie umiejętność posługiwania się ogólną wiedzą z zakresu dyscyplin prawa uzupełnioną o teorię i filozofię prawa oraz doktryn polityczno-prawnych a także o wiedzę z zakresu innych nauk społecznych; również podstawową wiedzę ekonomiczną. Posiądzie umiejętności wykorzystania wiedzy w pracy zawodowej z zachowaniem zasad etycznych. Absolwent rozumieć będzie teksty prawne oraz posługuje się regułami logicznego rozumowania. Po ukończeniu studiów ma możliwość dalszego specjalizowania się w dowolnej dziedzinie prawa polskiego lub obcego. Absolwent będzie przygotowany do stosowania prawa cywilnego, administracyjnego i karnego w praktyce; do udziału w życiu państwa oraz organów administracji rządowej i administracji samorządowej. Na kierunku prawo działają moduły zarządzania, ekonomiczny, informatyczno-prawny i prowadzenie badań naukowych. |

Knowledge, skills and competences learning effects for Law studies approved by Resolution No. 69/2015 of the Senate of the UKSW on 22nd May 2015 on determining the effects of education for the fields of study at the Faculty of Law and Administration for students starting their studies from the academic year 2015/2016 r. The study plan and curriculum were defined by Resolution No. 212/2016/2017 of the Council of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the UKSW on 27th June 2017 amending Resolution No. 147/2014/2015 of the Council of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the UKSW on 23rd June 2015 on the establishment of the study program in the field of law full-time studies.
