Law of Succession WP-PR-PS
The aim of this course is to familiarize participants with the specifics of inheritance law as a branch of civil law and the legal relationships governed by its provisions. Completing the course should provide participants with knowledge of the model of legal succession after a deceased individual in the Polish legal system, the concept and composition of an estate, titles of inheritance, acquisition of an estate, joint ownership and division of an estate, liability for inherited debts, protection of the rights of the heir, compulsory portion, bequests and instructions, and other inheritance law institutions.
