PR_W01: knows and is able to apply the principles and concepts of public economic law.
Grade 2 (fail): The student does not know and cannot define the concepts of public economic law.
Grade 3 (satisfactory): The student can identify the most important principles and concepts of public economic law.
Grade 4 (good): The student knows and can define the main principles and concepts of public economic law and is able to correctly use the conceptual framework of this branch of law.
Grade 5 (very good): The student knows and correctly defines all principles and concepts of public economic law and uses the conceptual framework of this branch of law flawlessly.
PR_W02: knows and can discuss the sources of public economic law.
Grade 2 (fail): The student does not know the sources of public economic law.
Grade 3 (satisfactory): The student can only list the sources of public economic law.
Grade 4 (good): The student can list and briefly describe the sources of public economic law.
Grade 5 (very good): The student has an excellent knowledge of the sources of public economic law and can discuss them comprehensively.
PR_W04: has knowledge of the institutions of public economic law and can apply this knowledge in practice.
Grade 2 (fail): The student does not know the institutions of public economic law.
Grade 3 (satisfactory): The student lists the basic institutions of public economic law.
Grade 4 (good): The student identifies and describes the institutions of public economic law.
Grade 5 (very good): The student has full knowledge of the institutions of public economic law, defines them, and is able to identify and recognize their application in specific legal acts and factual situations.
PR_W05: has knowledge of the establishment, structure, and powers of authorities within the framework of public economic law.
Grade 2 (fail): The student does not have knowledge of the establishment, structure, or powers of economic administration authorities.
Grade 3 (satisfactory): The student has basic knowledge of the establishment, structure, and powers of economic administration authorities.
Grade 4 (good): The student has knowledge of the establishment, structure, and powers of economic administration authorities, provides examples of various types of authorities, and places them within the general structure of state organs.
Grade 5 (very good): The student fully recognizes economic administration authorities, places them within the general structure of state organs, indicates relationships between particular authorities, and identifies development trends in the functioning of economic administration.
PR_W06: knows and can classify legal relationships within the framework of public economic law.
Grade 2 (fail): The student does not know and cannot classify legal relationships within the framework of public economic law.
Grade 3 (satisfactory): The student identifies and recognizes legal relationships within the framework of public economic law but cannot classify them.
Grade 4 (good): The student knows and can classify legal relationships within public economic law to a basic extent.
Grade 5 (very good): The student has excellent knowledge and can classify legal relationships within public economic law without error.
PR_W07: knows and understands the methods and tools used to create norms in the field of public economic law.
Grade 2 (fail): The student does not know or understand the methods and tools used to create norms in public economic law.
