Learning outcomes
I. Learning outcomes:
PR_U01: the student has the ability to independently use the rules of logical reasoning and to interpret contemporary or historical legal texts, above all sources of law, also in the context of specific legal events – in the scope of administrative law
PR_U02: the student has the ability to use theoretical knowledge from the scope of administrative law for the description, analysis and solving of specific legal cases
PR_U03: the student has the ability to properly analyse the role of legal norms of administrative law in shaping the causes and course of social phenomena
PR_U04: the student has the ability to forecast and model complex social processes comprising differentiated phenomena from various areas of social life, using for this purpose appropriate methods of creating, interpreting and applying legal norms as well as modern information technologies and search systems
PR_U05: the student has the ability to connect the acquired theoretical knowledge from the scope of administrative law with the description, explanation or assessment of contemporary and historical economic, cultural and social phenomena taking place in Poland and in the world
PR_U08: the student is able to prepare a basic draft of a normative act and an act of application of law concerning administrative law, using modern information technologies where necessary
PR_U09: the student has the ability to design and create oral presentations in the Polish language and in a foreign language used in various fields of administrative law, in the dogmatic, comparative or historical aspect
PR_K01: the student understands the need for constant supplementation and improvement of his/her knowledge about institutions and norms from the scope of administrative law, including following changes in normative acts, court jurisprudence and doctrine, and is prepared to undertake third-cycle (doctoral) studies
PR_K03: the student is able to cooperate and work in a group, assuming different roles in it, and to participate in the preparation of social projects, taking into account legal, economic and political aspects
PR_K04: the student is able to properly define priorities in a specific legal action, undertaken independently or in a group
