EK 1 for PR_W01: the student knows and understands the character and significance of legal sciences - including in particular in the scope of administrative law and their relation to other sciences as well as the manner of defining concepts and institutions proper to administrative law

EK1: has extended knowledge on the subject of the character and significance of administrative law and relations to other sciences as well as defining concepts and institutions proper to administrative law in the historical and contemporary approach, in relation to the subjects included in the study programme
For grade 2: does not have knowledge on the subject of the character and significance of administrative law and relations to other sciences as well as defining concepts and institutions proper to administrative law in the historical and contemporary approach
For grade 3: has basic knowledge in the scope of the subject matter referred to within EK1, knows basic definitions and concepts
For grade 3.5: has basic knowledge in the scope of the subject matter to a higher degree than for grade 3
For grade 4: knows the basic definitions and concepts referred to within EK1 and additionally is able to compare these concepts and definitions and correctly draw conclusions
For grade 4.5: knows the basic definitions and concepts to a higher degree than for grade 4
For grade 5: is able independently and to an advanced degree to use knowledge on the subject of the character and significance of administrative law and relations to other sciences as well as defining concepts and institutions proper to administrative law in the historical and contemporary approach
