long-cycle programmes full-time programmes, 3 years Language: Polish | Jump to: Opis ogólnyCelem kształcenia na kierunku prawo kanoniczne jest zdobycie wiedzy z zakresu prawa kościelnego oraz podstawowe wykształcenie z zakresu polskiego prawa świeckiego. Na kierunku dostępne są dwie specjalizacje, wśród nich opisywana tutaj: specjalizacja administracyjno-sądowa. Po ukończeniu studiów absolwent może podjąć pracę w sądach i instytucjach kościelnych, kancelariach prawnych,urzędach administracji publicznej, organizacjach pozarządowych. Absolwenci prawa kanonicznego są poszukiwani i cenieni na rynku pracy. Nabyte kwalifikacje, umiejętności i zdobyta wiedza pozwalają im na prowadzenie spraw z zakresu prawa państwowego i kościelnego, w tym m.in. procesów o stwierdzenie nieważności małżeństwa w sądach kościelnych. Studenci mogą aktywnie działać w kołach naukowych na Wydziale oraz zdobywać doświadczenie prawnicze podczas praktyk w Studenckiej Poradni Prawnej Wydziału Prawa Kanonicznego oraz w sądach kościelnych. Zajęcia odbywają się w małych grupach, co umożliwia studentom najlepszy kontakt z profesorami. Learning outcomes for the field of Canon Law approved by Resolution No. 62/2013 of the Senate of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw of 21.05.2013 amending Resolution No. 35/2012 of the UKSW Senate of 26.04.2012 on determining the learning outcomes for the field of study and postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Canon Law.
The study program was determined by the Resolution of the Faculty Council No. 3.4 / VI / 2013 of 25.06.2013
