The lecture will begin from the frame-discussion of the history of the temporal goods of the Church and his law. Then will become the approximate general development of this law, with the regard of his formation in Corpus Iuris Canonici. Further, foreshadowed becoming the temporal goods law after the Tridentine Council and in the Code of the Canon Law 1917. In the further order shown will be the development of norms within the range temporal goods, for of the content of documents of the Vatican Council II. Then becoming the analysis of the content of the Book V of the current Code of the Canon Law 1983. It consists from canons introducing: basic foundations; further titles follow about the acquisition of goods, the administration of goods, contracts and alienations, charity record (donations and testaments); church foundations.

Assessment criteria
An oral examination is the evaluation method of student’s work. Besides two regular examination dates during end-of-term examinations and one examination date during corrective end-of-term examination, students can take advantage of early examination before the end-of-term examination.
