The content of the course boils down to the following topics: However, the given literature allows for deepening the subject, depending on the personal interests of the student.
1. Introductory issues: the place of philosophical anthropology among philosophical sciences. Anthropologies and methods of their cultivation.
2. Human genesis - creationism or evolution?
3. Mysterious paleo-archaeological artifacts.
4. The concept and source of evil in the world - the book of Enoch and the Scriptures.
5. Man is a corporeal being. The problem of the human soul and its immortality.
6. Man as a living being in the face of values.
7. Man in the face of the necessity of death.
8. Man as a social being.
9. Enlightenment anthropology and its influence on contemporary thinking.
10. Postmodern anthropology. The problem of truth.
11. Man as a sexual being: gender and its role that integrates people.
12. The need for Catholic metaphysics and the ethics of human education.
13. The necessity to move from the phenomenology of being to metaphysics.
14. Man in relation to truth and God as truth.
15. Man as a free being. Oral colloquium.

Learning outcomes
Knowledge:
PK_W02: The student has in-depth knowledge of the axiological (ANTHROPOLOGICAL) and especially ethical essence of law and the theological nature of canon law, as well as the importance of law for individuals, society, state, and the Church.
PK_W01. The student has an extensive knowledge of the terminology and nature of legal sciences and their relationship to other sciences
Skills:
PK_U01: The student uses specialist vocabulary. Correctly interprets and describes ethical phenomena: their relationship with other social (legal) phenomena. Is able to use the acquired knowledge socially.
PK_U13: The student is able to search, analyze, evaluate, select and integrate information with the use of various sources and to formulate
critical judgments on this basis.
Social competence:
PK_K01: The student is aware of the volatility of legal norms and understands the need for lifelong learning.
PK_K02: can creatively interact and work in a group, accepting in
her different roles.
ECTS credits: 2.
30 lecture hours - 1. points.
25 hours e-learning - 0.5 point.
35 hours preparation for the test - 0.5 point.
Assessment criteria
Formal methods:
1. Dialogue and didactic discussion.
2. Feedback.
3. Reading essays.
4. Oral test.
Substantive criteria for grading:
Grade 2: The student did not attend lectures, did not demonstrate knowledge (described in the learning outcomes) at the oral colloquium, he did not have the same expected skills and competences (no essays).
Grade 3: The student has attendance, has demonstrated the necessary (described in the learning outcomes) knowledge at the final oral colloquium, presents the same - skills and competences, based on essays written.
Grade 4: As above, but it is about a higher level of knowledge, competence and skills.
Grade 5: As above, and the level demonstrated by the student is very good.
Final assessment percentage criteria:
Up to 30% - active lecture attendance.
Up to 30% - publication of e-learning essays (substantive and formal correctness)
Up to 40% - demonstrating a high level of substantive knowledge (oral test).
Credit is made after>> 65%.
