long-cycle programmes part-time programmes, 5 years Language: Polish | Jump to: Opis ogólnyCelem kształcenia na kierunku prawo kanoniczne, realizowanego w trybie niestacjonarnym, jest zdobycie wiedzy w zakresie historii, źródeł prawa i prawa kanonicznego oraz znaczenia prawa dla społeczeństwa, państwa i Kościoła, pogłębionej wiedzy w zakresie obowiązującego prawa kanonicznego i z wybranych zagadnień szczegółowych dotyczących ustawodawstwa kościelnego oraz poszerzonej wiedzy o wybrane instytucje prawa obowiązującego w Polsce. Na kierunku dostępna jest specjalizacja administracyjno-sądowa. Po ukończeniu studiów absolwent może ubiegać się o przyjęcie na studia doktoranckie w zakresie prawa kanonicznego. Jest również przygotowany do podjęcia pracy w charakterze kwalifikowanego pracownika w zakresie administracji kościelnej i sądownictwa kościelnego (m.in. radca prawno-kanoniczny, pracownik administracyjny, sędzia, rzecznik sprawiedliwości, obrońca węzła, notariusz, pełnomocnik, adwokat), jak również w instytucjach i organizacjach wymagających posiadania wiedzy prawno-kanonicznej. Osoby, które odbyły wcześniej studia teologiczne, mogą po uprzednim uznaniu im zdobytych osiągnięć i zgodnie z dekretem Kongregacji Wychowania Katolickiego, z 2 września 2002 roku, ukończyć niestacjonarne studia na kierunku prawo kanoniczne ze specjalnością administracyjno-sądową w ciągu trzech lat. Zajęcia odbywają się w systemie hybrydowym i realizowane są w czasie dwudniowych zjazdów, z których dwa odbywają się stacjonarnie, a trzy zdalnie na platformie MsTeams. Termin przyjmowania dokumentów: 7 czerwca-22 września (poniedziałęk-piątek), godz. 9:00-14:00, UKSW, ul. Dewajtis 5, pok. 54. O PRZYJĘCIU NA STUDIA DECYDUJE KOLEJNOŚĆ ZGŁOSZEŃ. Opłata za każdy rok studiów wynosi 3000 PLN. |

Learning outcomes for the field of Canon Law approved by Resolution No. 50/2015 of the Senate of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw of 23.04.2015 on determining the learning outcomes for the field of canon law studies - uniform master's studies at the Faculty of Canon Law for students starting their studies from the 2015/2016 academic year.
