Program contents: Part 1
1) The introduction in subject matter of lecture. 2) The origin and profile of biological conceptions of stress; 3) The origin and profile of medical conceptions of stress; 4) The origin and profile of psychological conceptions of stress; 5) The place of Polish conceptions of stress in world literature; 6). Classification of sources of stress. 7) The describe of climatical sources of stress. 8) The describe of physical sources of stress: part 1 (noise, vibrations, radiation, microwave, lighting and ionizing); 10) The describe of physical sources of stress: Part. 2. (the hipoksia, acceleration, weightlessness); 11) The describe of chronobiological of sources of stress: Part 1 ( circadian rhythms and seasonal). 11) The describe of chronobiological of sources of stress: Part 2 ( the sea change of time zone); 12) The describe of psychological sources of stress: Part 1 (sensory, perceptive deprivation and social isolation); 13) The describe of psychological sources of stress: Part 2 (overload, extreme situations); 14) The describe of organizational sources of stress. 15) Resume.

EK 4; the student is able to analyse, to epitomize and to present texts from the industrial psychology and the stress

EK 7; the student is able to plan and to organize the individual work being aimed at carrying the research task out and assimilating contents from the psychology of the stress,
