The aim of the course is to present psychometric tools that can be used in the broadly understood HR. Issues related to the use of tools that meet psychometric standards will be discussed.
The student will learn about various research techniques useful in the context of human resource management at various stages (including recruitment and selection; psychosocial risk factors; health; work-life balance, etc.).
Issues related to the use of psychometric tools will be discussed, including test application standards, ethical and legal issues, procedures.

K1 - is ready to organize and plan own research aimed at solving specific tasks and problems in the field of human resource management

Very good grade:
the student has a very good knowledge of the procedures for the use of psychometric tools and theoretical foundations of the methods used. He can accurately select research techniques for the purpose of the study and can efficiently use various diagnostic methods. The student is ready to organize and plan their own research and applies professional and ethical standards.
Good grade:
the student has a good knowledge of the procedures for the use of psychometric tools and theoretical foundations of the methods used. He can, in most cases, select appropriate research techniques for the purpose of the study and can sufficiently use various diagnostic methods. The student is ready to organize and plan their own research and applies professional and ethical standards.
Satisfactory grade:
the student has a sufficient knowledge of the procedures for the use of psychometric tools and theoretical foundations of the methods used. He can, in less than half of the cases, select the appropriate research techniques for the purpose of the study and can sufficiently use various diagnostic methods. The student is ready to organize and plan their own research and applies professional and ethical standards.
Poor grade:
the student does not have a sufficient knowledge of the procedures for the use of psychometric tools and theoretical foundations of the methods used. He is unable to select research techniques appropriate to the purpose of the study and is unable to use various diagnostic methods. The student is not ready to organize and plan own research and does not apply professional and ethical standards.
