(in Polish) Psychologia dobrostanu, zdrowia i stresu WF-ZPS-N-PDZS1
The course aims to acquaint the students with the current state of knowledge about the psychology of health and psychology of welfare (also known as positive psychology)and psychology of stress. The material presented over the course will include: definitions of the psychology of health, models used in the psychology of health and models of healthy behaviours, positive factors on health, and psychological aid used in the field of the psychology of health. The newest discoveries in the field of psychology of welfare will also be covered during the course. Moreover, three ways of understanding stress will be presented, as well as methods of coping with it.

PS_W13 student zna i rozumie, jakie jest znaczenie stresu, kryzysów, konfliktów w życiu człowieka oraz posiada wiedzę na temat zapobiegania i przeciwdziałania tym zjawiskom.
PS_W14 student zna i rozumie, jak analizować i interpretować rolę czynników sprzyjających zachowaniom zdrowotnym, uzależnieniom, zapobieganiu potencjalnym zaburzeniom rozwoju i patologii w zakresie procesów psychicznych.
PS_U12 student potrafi zaplanować i przeprowadzić oddziaływania psychoprofilaktyczne i psychoedukacyjne.
PS_K04 student jest gotów do organizowania szkoleń prezentujących problemy psychologiczne oraz analizowania praktycznych zagadnień psychologicznych.

- grade 5 (very good): The student has extensive knowledge of selected topics from the field of the psychology of health, positive psychology, and the psychology of stress.
- grade 4 (very good): The student has fairly extensive knowledge of selected topics from the field of the psychology of health, positive psychology, and the psychology of stress.
- grade 3 (very good): The student has basic but sufficient knowledge of selected topics from the field of the psychology of health, positive psychology, and the psychology of stress.
- grade 2 (very good): The student has insufficient knowledge of selected topics from the field of the psychology of health, positive psychology, and the psychology of stress.
Skills
- grade 5 (very good): The student is highly capable of identifying problems emerging in their environment, which can be resolved from the perspective of the psychology of health, positive psychology, or the psychology of stress.
- for a grade of 4: The student is fairly capable of identifying problems emerging in their environment, which can be resolved from the perspective of the psychology of health, positive psychology, or the psychology of stress.
- grade 3 (very good): The student is able, in a basic but sufficient way, to identify problems emerging in their environment, which can be resolved from the perspective of the psychology of health, positive psychology, or the psychology of stress.
