Learning outcomes
LECTURE
Student
W1 - knows and understands the phenomena and processes used in computer graphics, image synthesis and visualization, expressed in the language of mathematics and information technology (I1_W02),
W2 - knows and understands the basic algorithms of image synthesis and three-dimensional visualization, has knowledge of their implementation and analysis (I1_W05),
W3 - knows and understands the computational problems related to the generation of two- and three-dimensional images and the computational complexity of individual graphical algorithms (I1_W07).
LAB
Student
W1 - knows and understands the terms used in graphic programs and libraries (I1_W17),
U1 - is able to analyze, use and construct methods and algorithms that allow visualization and synthesis of images using appropriate graphic libraries (I1_U18),
U2 - can obtain information from literature and other knowledge bases in order to learn the use of graphic programs and to acquire detailed knowledge in the field of computer graphics (I1_U16),
U3 - can modify an image or create an animation, taking care of the aesthetic quality of work (I1_U19).
Assessment criteria
For all learning outcomes, the following assessment criteria are adopted for all forms of verification:
grade 5: fully achieved (no obvious shortcomings),
grade 4.5: achieved almost fully and criteria for awarding a higher grade are not met,
grade 4: largely achieved and the criteria for a higher grade are not met,
grade 3.5: largely achieved with a clear majority of positives and the criteria for granting a higher grade are not met,
grade 3: achieved for most of the cases covered by the verification and criteria for a higher grade are not met,
grade 2: not achieved for most of the cases covered by the verification.
