During the course, students will receive knowledge of:
1. training needs analysis
2. adult practices of workshop preparation based on the Evidence Based approach
Each student will also have the opportunity to conduct a 45-minute workshop, which will be discussed by the instructor

Learning outcomes
Knowledge: students will receive knowledge of how to prepare a training needs analysis and how to prepare a training scenario.
Skills: students will be prepared to use coaching techniques as an answer to work with groups and facilitation e.g. in conflict situations
Attitudes: students will be able to design and organize training on psychological problems and use in a practical way the scientific achievements of psychology
Assessment criteria
The condition for passing the course will be attendance (100%)and conducting a 30-minute workshop.
For a very good grade - the conducted workshop will meet 100% of the criteria
For a good grade - the conducted workshop will meet 75% of the criteria
For a sufficient grade - the conducted workshop will meet 50% of the criteria
For an acceptable grade - the workshop will meet less than 50% of the criteria
The evaluation criteria will be presented at the first class, each student will receive a credit card with a description of the criteria that will clearly indicate the conditions to determine that the workshop was conducted in a reliable manner and in accordance with the Evidence Based approach
