A student enrolled (registered) at a Higher Education Institution which is a member of the Federation of Catholic Universities of Europe and Lebanon (FUCE) – only among Albanian, Georgian, Lebanese and Ukrainian universities or Pontifical universities from Vatican. The student has to be nominated by his/her home university for short-term studies at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. The student remains enrolled in the sending institution and will be considered as a student in mobility by the host university.

Required documents:

  • Transcript of Records from recent studies or copy of the last achieved University diploma (issued in English or Polish);
  • Language Certificate proving at least a B2 level of Polish or English;
  • Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw Application Form (signed and stamped by a representative of the applicant’s home institution);
  • FUCE learning agreement;
  • Scan of a passport or national ID (add a scan of the valid document which allows you to cross the border of Poland)

Deadlines:

first semester and/or full academic year – June 13th
second semester – January 15th

Late applications may be subject to rejection.

It takes up to three weeks for the application to be processed.
