BwGC_W07 - principles of the functioning of the digital economy from a social perspective.

Explains basic methods of management, human resource management
Knows legal, social and ethical standards of management

Assessment criteria:
provides definitions of concepts related to organisation and management, in particular the following concepts: organisation, management, management schools and management methods
For a grade of 2 (unsatisfactory) - does not know the definitions of concepts related to organisation and management
Grade 3 (satisfactory) - provides one definition of concepts related to organisation and management
Grade 4 (good) - provides at least two definitions of concepts related to organisation and management, knows management methods and schools
Grade 5 (excellent) - gives several definitions of concepts related to organisation and management, knows management methods and schools and can describe the relationships between them
Knows the legal, social and ethical standards of management
For a grade of 2 (unsatisfactory) - does not know the standards related to organisation and management
For a grade of 3 (satisfactory) - gives one standard related to organisation and management
For a grade of 4 (good) - gives at least two standards related to organisation and management, knows management methods and schools

Term 2025/26_L:
Students are required to notify the lecturers of any special needs and of their intention to study according to an Individual Study Plan (ISP) at the beginning of the semester in order to adjust their participation in classes and course completion to their individual needs. An ISP does not exempt students from attending classes!!!! Persons who have obtained IOS or suddenly have special needs should report this to the lecturers immediately. |
