Psychology of health and well-being WF-PS-N-PZD
The course aims to acquaint the students with the current state of knowledge about the psychology of health and psychology of welfare (also known as positive psychology). The material presented over the course will include: definitions of the psychology of health, models used in the psychology of health and models of healthy behaviours, positive factors on health, and psychological aid used in the field of the psychology of health. The newest discoveries in the field of psychology of welfare will also be covered during the course.

- grade 3 (very good): The student has basic but sufficient knowledge of selected topics from the field of the psychology of health and positive psychology.
- grade 2 (very good): The student has insufficient knowledge of selected topics from the field of the psychology of health and positive psychology.

- grade 5 (very good): The student is highly capable of identifying problems emerging in their environment, which can be resolved from the perspective of the psychology of health and positive psychology.
