Career guidance WF-PS-N-PROZ
The aim of the classes is to present basic knowledge, information and tools useful in the process of conducting career counseling by a psychologist.
In particular, after completing the classes, the student will increase his knowledge and understanding of the psychological aspects of work, organization and management, thanks to which it will be possible to more effectively match the client's predispositions to the requirements of the labor market (PS_W11).
After completing the course, the student will increase his/her competences in building contact and working with clients in the context of the career counseling process. (PS_K01).
The student will be able to use the tools available to psychologists to check the client's potential in various aspects, depending on the client's preferences regarding the profession and the requirements of the labor market (PS_K02).

Assessment criteria
For a grade of 5, the student can very well start the career counseling process, indicate the client's strengths and weaknesses in relation to his career path preferences and the labor market; uses appropriate psychologist's tools
With a grade of 4.5, the student is able to start the career counseling process well and indicate some of the client's strengths and weaknesses in relation to his or her career path preferences and the labor market; uses psychologist's tools
For a grade of 4, the student is able to start the career counseling process well and indicate some of the client's strengths and weaknesses in relation to his or her career path preferences and the labor market; uses psychologist's tools to a small extent
For a grade of 3.5, the student is able to sufficiently start the career counseling process and indicate the client's individual strengths and weaknesses in relation to his or her career path preferences and the labor market; uses psychologist's tools to a small extent
For a grade of 3, the student can sufficiently start the career counseling process and indicate the client's individual strengths and weaknesses in relation to his or her career path preferences and the labor market; does not use the psychologist's tools
For a grade of 2, the student cannot or does not sufficiently start the career counseling process, indicates the client's strengths and weaknesses in relation to his career path preferences and the labor market; does not use the psychologist's tools
