The lecture topics cover a wide spectrum of achievement motivations and obstacles to success.
The methods of researching achievement motivation and the qualitative interpretation of the personality profile of achievement motivation as well as a typological description of the motivation for success will be discussed.

Knowledge:
1) has knowledge of the issues of achievement motivation (PS_W02). characterizes new concepts of achievement motivation (PS_W02).
3) explains the meaning of the concept of motivation for achievement in human functioning (PS_W02).
4) has knowledge of terminology and methods of testing achievement motivation (PS_W03).
5) knows the basic relationships between achievement motivation and other psychological theories (PS_W03).
Skills:
1) knows how to conduct an achievement motivation test (PS_U03).
2) can effectively use their knowledge to prepare a personality and motivation profile (PS_U03).
3) can prepare professional training in the field of motivation to success (PS_U12).
4) has the ability to create their own individual work workshop to increase their own achievement motivation (PS_U12).

Knowledge:
- for grade 5 (very good): very well identifies the basic concepts of achievement motivation, perfectly understands its importance for human functioning, knows the basic tests to measure achievement motivation and is able to measure achievement motivation indicators and correctly interpret the results obtained
- for grade 4 (very good): it identifies well the basic concepts of achievement motivation, understands its importance for human functioning, knows the basic tests to measure achievement motivation and can measure achievement motivation indicators and correctly interpret the results obtained
- for grade 3 (dst.): poorly identifies the basic concepts of achievement motivation, poorly understands its importance for human functioning, knows the basic tests to measure achievement motivation and is able to measure achievement motivation indicators but has difficulty in correctly interpreting the results obtained
- for grade 2 (ndst.): does not have basic knowledge about the most important concepts of achievement motivation, does not understand its importance for human functioning, cannot carry out an examination of achievement motivation
Practical placement
Active participation in the lecture. Credit includes preparation of a written diagnosis of an individual friendship relationship based on the content presented during the lecture, provided that half of the class is attended.
