Knowledge:
LO1 understands importance of qualitative methods in psychology and its specificity as compared with quantitative methods; understands the term “mixed methods” and their specificity
LO2 has knowledge on paradigms which inspire research with the use of qualitative and mixed methods
LO3 has knowledge concerning role of theory in various qualitative methods
LO4 has knowledge on chosen research projects realized with the use of qualitative or mixed methods
Skills:
LO5 can find possible use of qualitative and mixed methods in various research projects
LO6 can do qualitative analysis of data with the use of chosen theoretical categories and interpretative tools
Competence:
LO7 is open for the worlds of meanings of other people; is conscious that the openness to dialogue and listening skills are crucial in the process of diagnosis and in the research with the use of qualitative methods
LO8 can prepare the research plan with the use of qualitative or mixed methods, serving to solve a chosen social issue
