To present environmental issues regulated by international law and the impact of this law on domestic law.
Purpose of the lecture:
The purpose of the lecture is to familiarize students with the legal basis of environmental protection in international law.
The range of issues discussed in the lecture on general issues:
- relation of international law to national and EU law
- development of international environmental law
- international institutions dealing with environmental protection
- principles of international environmental law
- international instruments of environmental protection
and issues concerning the protection of the various components of the environment: the atmosphere, air and climate, biodiversity, and concerning waste management.t.
