Within the framework of the systemic approach to occupational safety, ergonomics and health, subject and methodological issues have been taken into account. The main objective of the classes is to equip students with knowledge and competences that constitute the basis for the ability to solve problems related to occupational safety, ergonomics and health in the context of system management in the workplace.

Knowledge:
The student identifies the conditions, structure and components of the decision-making process. The student indicates practical issues in the context of the issues discussed.
Skills:
The student explains key issues in the context of occupational safety, ergonomics and hygiene. The student analyses the practical consequences of the issues discussed. The student classifies the conditions of the decision-making process.
Competencies:
The student maintains a critical attitude in expressing opinions. The student is open to different approaches to the developed topic.

Assessment criteria
The final grade consists of: grade from the paper, active participation in classes ("pluses for activity"), grade from the final colloquium. Two unexcused absences are allowed. Verification - individual assessment of activity in classes. Requirements are cumulated in subsequent grade levels.
Knowledge:
Grade 3 (dst): the student is able to explain what the systemic approach is in the context of safety, ergonomics and occupational health, classifies the conditions of the decision-making process, and finds it difficult to indicate practical issues.
Grade 4 (db): the student lists the key components of the safety, ergonomics and occupational health strategy, discusses the conditions of this process, and analyzes specific cases.
Grade 5 (bdb): the student precisely characterizes the approach to the systemic strategy of safety, ergonomics and occupational health, and is able to indicate the effects of implementing a systemic strategy for managing safety in the workplace.
Skills:
Grade 3 (dst): the student sufficiently analyzes key issues in the context of safety, ergonomics and occupational health, and proposes alternative practical solutions in the context of the issues discussed.
Grade 4 (db): the student organizes the components of the strategy, analyzes the conditions of safety, ergonomics and occupational health, discusses the conditions of this process, analyzes specific cases, and criticizes the practical consequences of the issues discussed.
Grade 5 (very good): the student assesses the extent to which the systemic approach contributes to the management of occupational health and safety and ergonomics, proposes actions or solutions consistent with the occupational health and safety approach, designs a simple model in the field of occupational health and safety.
Competencies:
Grade 3 (sufficient): the student is often critical in expressing opinions, is open to different approaches to the subject being developed,
Grade 4 (db): the student is critical in expressing opinions, is open to different approaches to the subject being developed,
Grade 5 (vdb): the student is critical in expressing opinions, is always open to different approaches to the subject being developed.
