3, Principles of the State-Church relations in the Constitution of the Polish Republic

5. Respect for the autonomy of the Churches in terms of administrative and civil aspect
6. Denominational educational system and religious instruction in public schools
7. Chaplaincy of specific social groups
8. Cultural activities of the Church
9. The powers of property of ecclesiasticlal legal persons
10. Taxation of ecclesiastical institutions and the clergy
11. Social insurance of the clergy
12. The protection of marriage and family
13. Civil and criminal liability protection of freedom of conscience and religion
