Missiology WT-SST-MIS
The Seminar on Missionary Science mainly deals with – but not exclusively – various aspects of missionary activity in Africa (missionaries and development aid, liberation, commitment to society, establishment of communities, attitude to local cultures, native religions, other Churches, inculturation issues) the life of the local Church and traditional religions and local theology. It also addresses the problems of mission theology, interreligious dialogue and human promotion. The works are often based on field research, materials from church archives and on correspondence of Polish missionaries, published in missionary journals and submitted in archives.
