Ethics WT-FW-ET
Course contents:
The term of ethics as a science; ethics and related sciences, the subject of ethics, personal models and moral sanctions, metaethical fields: emotivism, naturalism, intuitionism; fields in ethics: teleologism, deontologism, personalism, ethical intellectualism, hedonistic eudajmonism, eudajmonistic perfectionism, social deontologism, existentialism, situationism; the impact of the Revelation on the development of ethical reflection; theological ethics; teleological, deontological, and personalistic justification of moral obligation.
Assessment methods:
An essay authorizing taking the examination before the end of classes; students receive examination thesis covering the lectured earlier scientific material; an oral exam in the summer session lasting about 20 minutes per person, the student receives one of the given earlier theses to be reported.
