After completing the course, students can:
- define family and social problems, their types and distinguish them from the problems of individuals,
- indicate and describe the basic social problems of families in Poland
- indicate basic ways of solving or minimizing the effects of problems within the framework of social policy.

(in Polish) Opis nakładu pracy studenta w ECTS

(in Polish) Student po wysłuchaniu wykładu wprowadzającego w przedmiot na tema problemów społecznych, problemów rodzinnych ich wpływu i konsekwencji na funkcjonowanie jednostki przygotowuje samodzielnie prezentacje na wybrany problem. Prezentacja jest kreatywna, przejrzysta, wyjaśniająca podstawowe zagadnienia dotyczącego omawianego problemu: teoria, praktyka - przyczyny, konsekwencje , eksploracja zjawiska. Istotnym jest wskazanie i odpowiedz na pytanie: gdzie szukać pomocy w związku z przedstawionym problemem. Prezentację kończą pytania do grupy i bibliografia.
