Macroeconomics WSE-EKN-Ma
This course is intended to both broaden students' knowledge of macroeconomics and to develop their ability to cope with spoken and written macroeconomic texts in English. This aim is met through a choice of presented issues important in contemporary macroeconomics, the form of their presentation which refers to different schools and opinions and a choice of simple, wriiten texts that help students understand the problems discussed.

Students should acquire new knowledge and understanding of macroeconomic problems (EK1_W01, EK1_W02) and develop ability to listen to and read macroeconomic texts in English (EK_U09).
1 ECTS - participation in lectures
2 ECTS - individual reading and studying
1 ECTS repetition and revise to the final test
Assessment criteria
A final test (single-choise questions or questions that need a very concise answer). To get a positive score (3) a student needs to collect 50% of the maximum number of points.
