NUMBER OF CREDITS ECTS 100 hours / 30 (25) hours ≈ 2.
Assessment criteria
The final grade consists of group work and a final written exam.
The final grade includes the written exam grade (45%) and the self-assessment grade for inter-group work (55%).
10 points - assessment: 5.0
8-9 points - score: 4.5
7-8 points - assessment: 4.0
6-7 points - assessment: 3.5
5-6 points - assessment: 3.0
below 5 points - grade: 2.0
2 - insufficient- The student did not deliver work or the work is not his independent achievement, it is chaotic in relation to various concepts of methods of optimization of managerial decisions. The student does not understand the basic concepts related to the subject and avoids discussion of linear optimization
3 - sufficient - The student defines and describes problems with
linear programming range. Would be ready to increase knowledge and skills for professional purposes.
4 - good- The student has done a good job and identified the problems and concepts correctly. He is able to choose and apply appropriate quantitative methods depending on the type of problem. The student initiates discussions related to the presented methods while optimizing managerial decisions
5 -very good- The student has done a good job and identified the problems and concepts correctly. He is able to choose and apply appropriate quantitative methods depending on the type of problem. Can properly interpret the solution and refer to the literature proposed in the syllabus. The student initiates discussions related to the issues of linear optimization, is ready to apply analytical skills in the use of operational research to optimize managerial decisions.
