Macroeconomics WSE-EK-Ma
This course is intended to both broaden students' knowledge of macroeconomics and to develop their ability to cope with spoken and written macroeconomic texts in English. This aim is met through a presentation and discussion of chosen issues important in contemporary macroeconomics. A choice of simple, wriiten texts should help students understand the problems discussed.

Students should acquire new knowledge and understanding of macroeconomic problems (EK1-W01, EK_W02) and develop ability to listen to and read macroeconomic texts in English (EK1_U09).
1 ECTS -participation in lectures
2 ECTS - individual reading and work
1 ECTS - repetition and revise to final test
Assessment criteria
A final test (single-choise questions or questions that need a very concise answer). Questions verify students' knowledge and ability to understand macroeconomic phenomena. To get a positive score (3) a student needs to collect 50% of the maximum number of points.
