The student knows and understands:
EW1- to an advanced degree ways of interpreting legal concepts: the source of international law, international legal subjectivity, transnational corporation
EW2 - at an advanced level, issues determining the legal status of a transnational corporation on the international arena and in the law of treaties
EW3- legal conditions for the functioning of transnational corporations in the law of investment
EW4 - legal conditions for the functioning of transnational corporations in the international law of human rights protection, environmental protection, criminal law, sea law and space law
EW5 - legal conditions for the operation of military and security enterprises (PMSC)

Assessment criteria
For the grade very good - The student knows fully (comprehensively) the issues described in EW1-5
On the db plus grade - the student knows fully (comprehensively) the issues described in EW1-5, although shows slight gaps in knowledge
For the db grade - The student knows basically the issues described in EW1-5
For the access plus grade - the student knows basically the issues described in EW1-5, although shows gaps in knowledge
For the assessment of availability - The student knows the issues described in EW1-5 in a basic way
On the assessment of delivery - The student knows only some of the issues described in EW1-5, but the state of knowledge is not even basic
