1. Civil procedure dynamics (presenting the course of civil proceedings);
2. General issues (incl. the term of a civil case and civil proceedings, types of civil proceedings, relation of civil procedure to civil substantive law, sources of litigation regulations, application of civil procedure regulations);
3. Relation of civil procedure to other procedures (incl. admissibility of bringing a civil case to court, courses of the proceedings, relation to administrative and criminal procedure);
4. The principles of civil proceedings (incl. the principle of: right to court, openness, directness, disposal, trust, evidence concentration);
5. Subjects to civil proceedings (among others parties, court, prosecutor, social organization) and thereto related issues (incl. the term of a party, capacity to be a party in court proceedings, capacity to perform actions in court proceedings, joint participation, representation of parties);
6. Court fees and thereto related issues;
7. Subject matters of civil court proceedings (types of complaints);
8. Judicial acts (among others the term of judicial acts, characteristics, types);
9. Proceedings pending before a court of first resort (initiation, conciliatory proceedings, court settlement, mediation, statement of claim, legal consequences of filing and delivering a statement of claim, protection of defendant, trial);
10. Evidences (general remarks, evidentiary hearing, securing evidences);
11. Judgments (general remarks, principles of adjudgment, types of judgments, validity, enforceability, effectiveness);
12. Appeals (incl. general remarks, appeal, complaint, cassation appeal, petition for resumption of proceedings, complaint against the judgment of (court) clerk);
