EK2 - The student has knowledge of the responsibilities and privileges of the victim in criminal proceedings.
EK3 - The student is able to interpret and apply legal standards, allowing the activity of the victim in the criminal process.
EK4 - Student is able to use theoretical knowledge to analyze and solve problems related to the victim in criminal proceedings.

Rating 2:
EK1 - The student does not know and does not understand the functioning of legal institutions concerning the participation of the victim in criminal proceedings.
EK2 - The student does not have knowledge of the responsibilities and privileges of the victim, related to its participation in criminal proceedings.
EK3 - The student is not able to interpret and apply legal norms that allow the activity of the victim in the criminal process.
EK4 - The student is not able to use the acquired theoretical knowledge to analyze and solve problems related to the victim in criminal proceedings.
Rating 3:
EK1 - The student has a satisfactory knowledge about the functioning of legal institutions concerning the participation of the victim in criminal proceedings.
EK2 - The student has a satisfactory knowledge of the responsibilities and privileges of the victim in criminal proceedings.
EK3 - The student is able to satisfactorily interpret and apply legal standards, allowing the activity of the victim in the criminal proces.
EK4 - Student is able to satisfactorily use the acquired theoretical knowledge to analyze and solve problems related to the victim in criminal proces.
