Course contents:
1) selected specific issues of international law and / or EU law - depending on the interests of the seminar participants;
2) critical analysis of the jurisprudence of international and integration courts, possibly of national courts relating to issues of international or EU law
3) presentation of selected issues based on the prepared master's thesis

PR_W02: the student knows the sources and nature of the norms of international law and EU law, in the historical and contemporary aspect in relation to the subjects included in the study program
PR_U02: the student has the ability to use theoretical knowledge in the field of international law and / or EU law to describe, analyze and solve specific legal matters
PR_U07: the student is able to design and create various written works in Polish and a foreign language, used in various areas of public / private / international law, including pleadings and analyzes and interpretations of specific legal issues in a dogmatic, comparative or historical perspective
PR_U08: the student is able to prepare a basic draft of a normative act and an act of application of law, relating to international law and / or EU law, in the field of subjects included in the study program, using, if necessary, modern information technologies
PR_U09: the student is able to design and create oral presentations in Polish and a foreign language used in various areas of international law and / or EU law, in terms of subjects included in the study program, in a dogmatic, comparative or historical aspect
PR_K01: the student is able to supplement and improve his knowledge of institutions and standards in the field of international law and / or EU law, including tracking changes in normative acts, jurisprudence and doctrine, and is prepared to undertake third-cycle (doctoral) studies
PR_K02: the student has the ability to correctly identify and resolve dilemmas related to the legal profession
PR_K03: the student has the ability to work in a group, cooperate and assume various roles in it, and participate in the preparation of social projects, taking into account legal, economic and political aspects
ECTS: 8 points, of which 60 hours - participation in the seminar, 30 hours of preparing presentations for the seminar, 180 hours of preparing the thesis
