EK1: the student knows and understands the nature and importance of public international law and its relationship to other branches of law; knows the definitions of concepts in the field of international law (the reference point is the directional learning result with the symbol PR_W01 - he knows and understands the nature and importance of legal sciences and their relationship to other sciences and the way of defining concepts and institutions relevant to law).
EK2: the student knows and understands the sources and nature of the norms of international law in a historical and contemporary perspective (the reference point is the directional learning result with the symbol PR_W02, knows and understands the sources and nature of the norms of public/private/international law, in the historical and contemporary aspect in relation to subjects included in the study program).
EK3: the student has knowledge about the institutions of international law; knows the structure and method of establishment of international organizations and the principles of their operation (the reference point is the directional learning result with the symbol PR_W04, knows and understands the structure, method of formation and operation of legal institutions, as well as the relations between these institutions in relation to the more important branches of public/private law) international in relation to subjects included in the study program).
EK4: the student has knowledge about the classification of systems and legal relations within international law and knows the relationships between these systems (the reference point is the directional learning result with the symbol PR_W06 - has in-depth knowledge about the classification of systems and legal relations within public/private/international , identifying the relationships between them and knows information technologies
and search systems for obtaining information about them).
EK5: the student knows and understands the methods and mechanisms of creating international law (the reference point is the directional learning result with the symbol PR_W07 - he knows and understands the methods and tools, including information technologies, used to create standards in the field of public/private/international law in relation to subjects included in the study program).

EK1: the student knows and understands the nature and importance of public international law and its relationship to other branches of law; knows the definitions of concepts in the field of international law (the reference point is the directional learning result with the symbol PR_W01 - he knows and understands the nature and importance of legal sciences and their relationship to other sciences and the way of defining concepts and institutions relevant to law).
For a very good grade:
the student knows and understands the nature and importance of public international law and its relationship to other branches of law; is able to present various views of the doctrine on this subject and evaluate them; knows the definitions of concepts in the field of international law very well and can use them fluently in the appropriate context.
For a good grade:
the student knows and understands the nature and importance of public international law and its relationship to other branches of law to a good degree; is able to recall the views of the doctrine on a given topic; knows the definitions of concepts in the field of international law to an extent that allows comparison of institutions.
For a satisfactory grade:
the student sufficiently knows and understands the nature and importance of public international law and its relationship to other branches of law; knows the basic definitions of concepts in international law in the scope presented during the lecture.
For an unsatisfactory grade:
the student does not know and understand the nature and importance of public international law and its relationship to other branches of law; does not know the definitions of concepts in the field of international law.

Is able to indicate the stages of development of international law and the caesuras important for international law; defines the sources of international law
