For a very good grade:
the student knows and understands the nature and importance of public international law and its relationship to the Constitution of the RP; is able to present various views of the doctrine on this subject and evaluate them; knows the definitions of concepts in the field of international law very well and can use them fluently in the appropriate context.
For a good grade:
the student knows and understands the nature and importance of public international law and its relationship to the Constitution of the RP in a good degree; is able to recall the views of the doctrine on a given topic; knows the definitions of concepts that allows comparison of institutions.
For a satisfactory grade:
the student sufficiently knows and understands the nature and importance of public international law and its relationship to the Constitution of the RP; knows the basic definitions of concepts in the scope presented during the lecture.
For an unsatisfactory grade:
the student does not know and understand the nature and importance of public international law and its relationship to the Constitution of the RP; does not know the definitions of concepts.

the student fluently knows and understands the sources and nature of the norms of international and national law; explains, based on the literature read, the development of relations of international law and national constitutions and draws conclusions for the polish situation; defines and compares sources of international law and national law.

the student knows and understands the sources and nature of the norms of international law in the national legal system to a sufficient degree; provides basic definitions and clear basic relations beetwen national and international orders.
