After completing the course and confirmation the achievement of learning outcomes the student is able to:
EK 1 - Present the characteristics of the bioethical rights, the protection of individual's medical rights under the European Bioethical Convention
EK 2 - describe particular rights protected under the EBC and the legal basis of their protection
EK 3 - present the violations of bioethical rights under the ECHR and their consequences
EK 4 - characterise the status of a patient and his rights
EK 5 - characterise the obligations of a medical personnel in relation to human rights protection

The grade depends on the essay, which is also presented in the form
of report or presentation

lack of essay; the essay doesn't meet the substantive requirements, written incorrectly, without necessary dilligence concerning style and formal requirements.

for a grade 3,0

student provided an essay, which presents scientifically low level of understanding of European Bioethical Standards, but is correct linguistically and the footnotes and bibliography are prepared in correct way

for a grade 4,0

the essay has sientific values concerning European Bioethical Standards. It's correct linguistically and the footnotes and bibliography are prepared in correct way.

for a grade 5,0

The essay is scientifically valuable and well-prepared. The choice of literature and sources of EBS is correct, correct system of footnotes and bibliography; the text corresponds the thesis' title
