EK1: basic knowledge of commercial relations and forms in which commercial activity is conducted (operated), understanding of relation between civil and commercial law, knowledge of basic definitions of commercial law
EK2: knowledge regarding formation of commercial and civil law companies, ability to analyse the course of procedure
EK3: ability to discuss rules of liability for obligations of civil and commercial law companies, ability to analyse effects of liability
EK4: knowledge and understanding of internal structure of commercial companies, applicable rules of representation, ability to classify invalidity of legal actions (transactions) of commercial companies correctly
EK5: ability to characterize ways of terminating commercial activity, including liquidation of commercial companies, and their insolvency, ability to calculate social and economic effects of terminating commercial activity

EK1: ability to correctly present commercial relations, knowledge regarding forms of conducting business (commercial) activity of Poland-based and foreign entities

EK3: ability to define the range of entities liable for obligations of a company, including characteristics of said liability
EK4: ability to classify invalidity of legal actions (transactions) of commercial companies correctly
EK5: ability to define basic stages of liquidation and insolvency proceedings

EK1: understanding of impact of relations between commercial and civil law on a company
EK2: ability to present secondary (incidental) ways of forming of commercial companies, related to mergers (including cross-border) and demergers
EK3: knowledge of procedural issues related to liability for obligations of a company, nature of liability of the management board in a professional partnership (spółka partnerska) and a limited liability company (sp. z o.o.).
EK4: knowledge of rules of challenging resolutions in regard to partnerships and companies
EK5: ability to define the course of liquidation and insolvency proceedings in detail
