Course content:
Vocabulary: historical events, natural disasters, crime and personal safety, film, Easter, travelling, the city and the country, at the hotel, favourite stories, biographies of famous people.
Grammar: Past Continuous, Past Perfect, consolidation of past tenses, comparative and superlative adjectives, questions with a preposition at the end.
Assessment: Continuous assessment on the basis of reports of activity and home assessments; a written test at the end of the semester.
