Organizational culture of kindergartens and schools WNP-PPWZ-KOPK
The subject analyzes the issue of the culture of school and preschool institutions as an organization. The face of a school or kindergarten includes a set of elements of the cultural system, such as: a set of values, traditions, rights and duties, patterns of behavior, school/pre-school norms and rituals,
specific to the institution. The subject points to the multifaceted importance of the organizational culture of schools and kindergartens. It emphasizes the importance of a high organizational culture as a condition for the proper implementation of didactic and educational tasks of these institutions.
The organizational culture of the institution in the general sense is considered as the starting point. The components of organizational culture, its paradigms and models are discussed.

- The assessment of 3 (dst.): properly used only a few details;
- To evaluate 4 (db.): properly use information and can be compared;
- To evaluate 5 (bdb.) can properly be used during classes proposed procedure is able to compare their effectiveness and independently identify the tools needed to solve the given problem while justifying their selection.
