Substantive content is twofold:
1. Mata -subjective: "What is the philosophical anthropology of culture?"
1.1. Types of anthropology: philosophical and non-philosophical (e.g. psychologic, sociology, Cultural Studies, theology);
1.2. History of discipline (from anthropology topics to an autonomous discipline).
2. Subjective: description and interpretation of the fact of culture.

(K) A student defines the essence of philosophical cognition of culture (an objective, a method, a subject); distinguishes types of humanistic cognition of culture (differences of subjects, methods, objectives); points to changes taking place in humanistic interpretation of culture in history.
(S) A student can formulate in philosophical language the problems relating to observed socio-cultural phenomena;
(C) A student demonstrates care in the use of philosophical language, obtains basic sensitivity to cultural problems.

Assessment criteria
A Forming Evaluation:
– for grade 2 (unsatisfactory) – A student does not know the definitions of the basic concepts of philosophical anthropology, ethics.
- for grade 3 (satisfactory) – A student correctly demonstrates knowledge of the basic concepts of philosophy (ethics, anthropology), however has no ability to analyze the relationships between cultural phenomena selected in a philosophical description;
- for grade 4 (good) – A student not only properly presents knowledge of the basic concepts of philosophy (ethics, anthropology), but is able to make basic comparisons of philosophical, psychological, sociological, pedagogical interpretation of culture.
- for grade 5 (very good) – A student not only compares various interpretation of the fact of culture (philosophical, educational, psychological, sociological, Cultural Studies, pedagogical), but can draw conclusions from the made comparisons and relate them to contemporary culture and educational practice .
A Final: lecture course attendance and delivering a PowerPoint presentation on one of the major phenomena of contemporary culture.
