Objectives of the course:
The aim of this course is to acquaint students with the basic conceptual apparatus of law, main institutions, and elementary principles of law, the methods used in these sciences, the processes of creating and applying the law. Issues taken up during classes are also intended to introduce the student into the world of values, assessment, and principles that form the basis of the European legal culture.
Prerequisites:the 'matura' exam of the secondary school, associational thinking skills and memory, comprehension of the text
