Canonical penal proceedings WK-S-KPRK
Course contents:
INTRODUCTION: the concept, function, object and structure of the canonical penal process.
I. PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION: concept, subject-matter, purpose, entity, nature, the ending.
II. JUDICIAL PENAL PROCESS: penal complaint, a preventive order of the ordinary, the lawyer, the determination of the subject-matter of the dispute, the evaluation of evidence, discussion on the matter, decision, appeal.
III. ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY PROCESS: the admissibility of the criminal and administrative process, call the accused and the right to defense, the assessment of the evidence, the conclusive decree, recourse.
IV. COMPLAINT for damages: compensation for damages, the settlement of the claim under preliminary investigation, in litigious proceedings under criminal proceedings.
Methods of assessment:
Active participation in classes and positive knowledge demonstrated in the oral test.
