Ethics WK-N-E
The lecture deals with the most fundamental issues of general ethics. Classes introduce concepts and methodology of the subject, provide a synthetic overview of the most important ethical schools, and their genesis, meaning and contribution to ethical thought.
The purpose of the course (in particular) is to familiarize the student with basic ethical terminology, characteristics of ethical trends, basic differences between them. It is then necessary to develop a student's ability to argue and analyze moral problems from the perspective of different ethics schools, to take a position and to discuss. Ultimately, the main goal will be to prepare the student to undertake independent moral analyzes in individual sections of detailed ethics.
It is about identifying and resolving various moral dilemmas. The student should become acquainted with the complex ethical reality of self-education, teamwork (that is, to find a job in the labor market).
