Objectives: Understanding the dialects as included in the national language, their linguistic characteristics against the background of folk culture. Ability to recognize dialects based on region-specific phonetic qualities, recognizing innovation and archaic characteristics. Observation of development processes, which is subject to language, reversing the expansion or the various linguistic phenomena. The primary objective of the course is to develop awareness that language is a living body, constantly developing and is territorially differentiated, despite the impact of uniformisation standards and the media.
