Learning outcomes
knowledge: student sees the multiple relationships between environmental elements, has a statistical knowledge about hypotheses, analysis, conclusions and reasoning; know the consequences (positive and negative) of human pressure on biodiversity.
skills: perform and describe simple research tasks individually and collectively, has the ability to prepare oral presentations using a variety of verbal communication, creates a critical development in the field of environmental protection, apply the correct analysis of the documentation, know methods to acquire the latest information on the environment.
competencies: appreciates the role of environmental education and health; coordinates the work of the team.
Assessment criteria
Lectures are held at the Warsaw Zoo, and in the Laboratory of Anthropology UKSW. We use illustrative tables, multimedia presentations, maps, and casts of primates.
Verification of learning outcomes through discussion and questions during classes and presented the coursebook (observation book).
