Human physiology WB-BI-BC-05
To familiarize students with messages covering basic issues in the field of human physiology. Students will be familiarized with information in the field of general physiology (including internal body environment, cell function control, membrane transports, action potential propagation, neuromuscular junction and synapses, skeletal muscle, muscle tone, smooth muscle, autonomic nervous system). The next stages will be discussed issues in the field of neurophysiology, cardiovascular and blood physiology, respiratory system physiology, digestive system physiology, kidneys, and endocrine physiology. Each of the departments will also cover issues related to pathologies in the functioning of individual systems. During classes, students will have the opportunity to perform appropriate tests and measurements, as well as sections of animal organs and tissues.
