Seminar - Catechetics WT-SOP-SEMK
The subject is used to transfer knowledge and shape the ability to independently edit a scientific work based on sources. The aim of the course is to prepare the student to prepare excerpts from readings and their analysis, to formulate the topic of the work and research questions, and to present the issue in the form of a master's thesis prepared according to the standards for the preparation of diploma theses in force at the UKSW Faculty of Theology.

Learning outcomes
EW1 - proposes an issue in the field of catechetics that requires a scientific study;
EW2 - correctly documents the direct and indirect use of sources in their own research work;
EU3 - prepares a bibliography and netography for a selected issue, including various sources (Magisterium, literature on the subject, auxiliary literature);
EU4 - correctly makes excerpts from the collected literature ("flashcards);
EK5 - indicates a wider context for own scientific analyzes;
EK6 - works out detailed issues bringing closer the main research topic.
Assessment criteria
In the scope of EW1:
with a grade of 3 - indicates the department of catechetics that is of interest to him as a research area;
to get 4 - lists the research issues of interest to him in the field of catechetics;
with a grade of 5 - indicates an interesting research problem in catechetics in the form of a specific research problem.
In the scope of EW2:
for the grade 3 - correctly draws up the footnote according to the selected rule;
to grade 4 - correctly introduces quotes from reading to the thesis and draws up a footnote according to the selected rule;
to grade 5 - correctly uses the reading material and draws up a footnote according to the selected rule, distinguishing direct quotes from discussions.
In the scope of EU3:
on the grade 3 - indicates the documents of the Church relevant to the selected research issue;
on the grade 4 - indicates the documents of the Church and other sources for the selected research issue;
with a grade of 5 - indicates the documents of the Church and other sources as well as literature from other fields and disciplines for the selected research topic.
In the scope of EU4:
for the grade 3 - presents the literature collected in the form of copies and photos from books;
for the grade 4 - presents excerpts from the literature in the form of "fiches";
na oe 5 - presents excerpts from the literature in the form of fiches, sorted according to research issues / work structure.
In the scope of EK5:
for the grade 3 - justifies the need to develop a selected issue;
for the grade 4 - justifies the need to develop the selected topic and its topicality in the field of catechetics;
for the grade 5 - justifies the need to develop the selected topic and its topicality in the field of catechetics and in a wider context.
In the scope of EK6:
for the grade 3 - edits part of the work with numerous factual and linguistic shortcomings;
for the grade 4 - edits part of the work with minor material and linguistic errors;
for the grade 5 - edits a part of the work that is factually correct, with a few linguistic errors.
