EK 1. Deeply knows the concepts of time management and time management.
EK 2. Has an orderly and in-depth knowledge of the monastic rules studied.

EK 3. Has extended skills in the field of time management on the example of P. Drucker's concept.
EK 4. Has advanced skills in the Eisenhower Matrix.
c) social competences
EK 5. Appreciates the importance of learning about managing oneself in time and, on the basis of 4 religious rules, applies the acquired knowledge to designing professional and social activities.
EK 6. Has a deep and settled belief in the importance of using the feedback method in managing oneself in time.
