Mysticism in the Bible WT-DTE-WJMB
The course is devoted to discovering and analysing the contents which refer to the broadly understood mysticism in the Bible.

Learning outcomes
EU 1 (cf. TMA_W09, TMA_W22, TMA_W23): has well-ordered and detailed knowledge concerning the contents which refer to mysticism in the Bible.
EU 2 (cf. TMA_U03, TMA_U05): is able to assess critically various scholarly theories concerning a given problem
EU 3 (cf. TMA_U03, TMA_U05): is able to participate independently and actively in a scholarly discussion
EU 4 (cf. TMA_K05, TMA_K07): creates his/her own analysis of a selected issue related to the topics of the course, written on the basis of the literature pertaining to the course and of the contents of the course
Participation in classes: 30 hours, reading the literature to the course: 60 hours, writing the final paper: 30 hours - totally 120 hours (4 points ECTS)
Assessment criteria
Final assessment: dependent on the realization of learning outcomes: EU 1: 40%, EU 2: 10%, EU 3: 10%, EU 4: 40%
For achieving a positive grade, the number of unjustified absences from classes may not exceed 3.
The final paper should refer to a selected issue related to the themes of the classes, contain min. 6000 characters (with spaces).
