Learning outcome 1. The student "characterizes the scientific specificity of the subject educational law."
Ndst (2): cannot provide the basic framework for the subject of educational law;
Dst (3): can correctly describe the scope of the subject educational law and explain its specificity;
Db (4): precisely explains the scope of the subject, educational law, its specificity and sources;
Bdb (5): precisely explains the scope of the subject, educational law, its specificity and sources, and explains its importance for practice.
Educational outcome 2. The student "introduces basic issues in the field of educational law."
Ndst (2): cannot list several basic issues related to education law;
Dst (3): correctly lists the basic issues of education law;
Db (4): moves efficiently among the basic issues of education law and correctly discusses at least some of them;
Bdb (5): moves efficiently among the basic issues of education law, indicates their interconnections and discusses them correctly.
Learning outcome 3. The student "characterizes the basic documents of educational law in Poland."
Ndst (2): cannot provide at least two documents of educational law in Poland;
Dst (3): provides at least two documents of educational law in Poland and describes them in general;
Db (4): provides all key documents creating the education law system in Poland;
Bdb (5): provides all key documents creating the education law system in Poland and discusses them precisely;
Educational outcome 4. The student "creates solutions to educational problems based on legal provisions."
Ndst (2): cannot indicate the basic acts of educational law in relation to finding a solution to a specific problem;
Dst (3): can indicate the basic acts of educational law in which solutions to a specific educational problem should be sought;
Db (4): can find specific provisions of education law that provide a solution to a specific educational problem;
Bdb (5): correctly indicates specific provisions of education law that provide a solution to a specific educational problem and interprets them correctly.
The condition for passing the course is the achievement of all assumed learning outcomes.
The positive grade in a subject is determined by the number of points obtained from:
- attendance at classes: dst – from 60%; db – 60-95%, very good – 95-100%.
- preparation of mid-semester work
- mastering the lecture material supplemented with the indicated literature
- final test: dst – dst plus – 50-60%, db – db plus 60-85%, very good – 85-100%;

Active participation in lectures: 30 hours
Student's own work: 15 hours
Consultations with the instructor: 5 hours.
